The company exports have increased significantly since the acquisition of Star Fine Foods, Inc. from Fresno, California in 1995. The company markets its olive oil and other edible oils in the United States under the Star name, which is the leading brand of olive oil in the state of California. In addition to olive oil products, It also processes sunflower oil, grape seed oil, and corn oil. The company monitors the processes and the end oil products by maintaining a test lab that samples and grades each batch of oil that is processed by the main plant. The company also offers extra virgin olive oil, organic extra virgin olive oil, pure olive oil, refined olive oil and pomace olive oil.
